Fried Taro Patties
- 8 ounces taro, peeled and grated
- 4 water chestnuts, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 6 ounces shrimp, deveined and finely chopped
Marinade:
- 1/3 teaspoon of garlic powder
- A few drops of sesame oil
- A dash of pepper
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
Seasoning:
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- A dash of pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons corn starch
