Grilled Corn on the Cob with Home-made Seasoned Salt

Ingredients:

Grilled Corn on the Cob with Home-made Seasoned Salt

  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob, silks removed, husks left on, and soaked in cold water for 20 minutes
  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • Seasoned Salt

Directions:

  1. Heat grill to high.
  2. Remove corn from water and place on the grill.
  3. Close cover and grill corn for a total of 20 minutes, turning the husks once.
  4. Remove corn from grill and let it cool for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Pull back corn husks and spread with butter.
  6. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, to taste.

Makes 4 servings.
