Guinataan (Coconut Milk-Fruit & Vegetable Pudding)
- 1/2 cup mochiko (glutinous or sweet rice flour)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons water
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 quart water
- 1/2 lb yellow or purple sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled, and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 lb taro, cooked, peeled, and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cooking banana, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1/2 cup pearl tapioca
