Halo Halo Dessert Bowl

Ingredients:

Halo Halo Dessert Bowl

  • 2 cans (15 oz size) fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 jar (12 oz) kaong (sugar palm), including liquid
  • 1 jar (12 oz) macapuno (grated coconut preserve), including liquid
  • 1 cantaloupe, pared and diced
  • 1 honeydew melon, pared and diced
  • Sugar to taste
  • 3 cups milk
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine fruits and sugar.
  2. Just before serving, add milk and ice.

Makes 12 servings.
