Herb-Flavored Vegetables Vegetarian
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 10 large mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 medium stalk broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup red or white wine
- A few sprigs of fresh rosemary, thyme and basil
