Honey BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:

Honey BBQ Ribs

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup local honey
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 pounds pork ribs, cut into serving pieces

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except ribs and mix well.
  2. Stir until honey dissolves.
  3. Add ribs to bowl.
  4. Marinate for 3-4 hours.
  5. Heat oven to 375°F.
  6. Bake ribs for 30-40 minutes or until cooked.

Serves 8.
