Hot Lava Tomato Bruschetta
- 1 large Hamakua tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped sweet Maui onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salty Wahine Hot Lava seasonings, to taste (available at some farmers markets or at saltywahine.com)
- Diced cucumber and/or fresh local goat cheese to taste (optional)
- Your favorite crackers or bagel chips
