Hot Lava Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients:

Hot Lava Tomato Bruschetta

  • 1 large Hamakua tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sweet Maui onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salty Wahine Hot Lava seasonings, to taste (available at some farmers markets or at saltywahine.com)
  • Diced cucumber and/or fresh local goat cheese to taste (optional)
  • Your favorite crackers or bagel chips

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except crackers.
  2. Sprinkle a little more Hot Lava on top for color, to taste.

Makes approximately 1 cup.
