Korean Pupu Chicken
- 3/4 cup potato starch (found in the Asian food aisle), to coat chicken
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 fryer thighs (with skin and bones)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/8 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup shoyu
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 2 small chili peppers, finely minced
- 1/8 cup sugar
