Lychee Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients:

Lychee Mojito Mocktail

  • 8 teaspoons sugar
  • 16 fresh mint sprigs
  • 12 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 (20-ounce) can lychee (juice and fruit)
  • 2 cups club soda
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. In large pitcher place sugar, mint, lime juice and lychee juice.
  2. Crush mixture with muddler (bartending tool, used like a pestle to mash fruits, herbs etc. in the bottom of a glass to release their flavor) and add club soda.
  3. Serve in tall glass over ice.
  4. Garnish with 1 lychee per glass and mint leaves.
