Mango Bread Anytime
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cups salad oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups mangoes, chopped (Drain excess liquid if using defrosted mangoes.)
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped in quarters
