- In multicooker pot on sauté setting, heat oil and sauté leek, onion, carrots, celery and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sauté until vegetables are softened, about 8 minutes.
- Add split peas, ham, thyme and chicken broth.
- Mix all ingredients together close multicooker lid, set to high pressure, cook for 12 minutes.
- When finished, allow pressure to release naturally, remove lid and stir in lemon juice.
Serves 6.
Tip: When closing the lid to your multicooker, make sure that it is in the locked position before starting the pressure cooking.
