- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, egg, panko, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and garlic.
- Using your hands, form mixture into hamburger patties.
- Place patties on grill and cook on high heat for 5 minutes, then flip to cook on other side.
- Place mushroom slices on patty and top with a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Leave patty on grill until cook through, carefully remove from grill and put onto hamburger bun.
Serves 8.
