- Soak the pancit bihon noodles to soften for 10 minutes, drain and set aside.
- In a large non-stick pan, over medium-high heat, cook pork.
- Add garlic and onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and remaining vegetables.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes until cooked.
- Mix in the pancit bihon noodles; add soy sauce, cook for about 5 minutes or until noodles are soft.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with sliced calamansi on the side.
