- Thread pork and mango onto skewers, alternating them and beginning and ending with a piece of pork.
- Each skewer should have about 5 pieces of pork and 4 pieces of mango.
- Place skewers on a hot, cleaned, and well-oiled grill.
- Cook on medium-high heat for about 8 minutes, turning once, until pork is cooked through and slightly browned.
- Serve garnished with the cilantro.
