Pumpkin with Daikon
- 2 lb pumpkin (kabocha)
- 1 lb daikon (white radish)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 small piece ginger root, sliced
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- Dash of salt
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
