- 3 heads of lettuce, shredded or chopped
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can (4 ounces) sliced olives
- 2 teaspoons roasted sesame seeds (optional)
Dressing:
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 to 6 ounces Feta cheese, crumbled or 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
