Shrimp Scampi
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb peeled and veined medium shrimp with tails on
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
