Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Ingredients:

Slow Cooker Pork Chops

  • 1 large, sweet onion, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 (1-inch thick) bone-in pork chops
  • 2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup

Directions:

  1. Roughly chop onion and place at the bottom of slow cooker.
  2. Combine flour, soup mix, salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Evenly coat each side of pork chops with flour mixture.
  4. In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat.
  5. Place pork chops in skillet, browning each side for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Place browned pork chops in slow cooker; top with cream of chicken soup.
  7. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low for 4-5 hours.

Serves 4.
