Spanish Rice

Saute bacon, ground beef, onion, and green pepper; drain fat.
Add salt, pepper, bay leaf, tomatoes or tomato sauce.
Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
Stir in rice until heated through.

Makes 6 servings.
