- Flour for dredging (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 medium-size red chili pepper for garnish

Dipping Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped green onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Dash of Korean chili pepper powder
