Sweet Mustard Sauce
- 6 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup light cream (half & half)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
