- 3 tablespoons slivered ginger root
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 pkg (1 oz) dried shrimp, soaked in water
- 2 tablespoons patis (clear fish sauce)
- 1 1/2 lb cooked taro, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 pkg (10 oz size) frozen lima beans
