- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ginger juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
