- Preheat electric oven to 450°F.
- Lightly grease a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan; sprinkle with cornmeal.
- Press pizza dough into prepared pan or roll dough into three 6-inch circles and place on prepared pan.
- In a food processor or blender, puree beans; spread over dough.
- Layer onion, green and red peppers, olives, jalapeno pepper, and chiles over beans.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 15 to 16 minutes.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
