Toffee Pop Corn

Ingredients:

Toffee Pop Corn

  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 1/2 quarts popped popcorn
  • 2 cups nuts, toasted

Directions:

  1. until the mixture is the color of coffee with cream in it.
  2. Pour mixture over popped corn and nuts.
  3. Stir to coat evenly and spread mixture to cool.

Makes about 3 quarts.
