- 1 block (20 ounces) firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes and drained
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped limu
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 large red chili pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup shoyu
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
