Tofu-Tuna-Tomato Salad
- 1 head red leaf lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
- 1 block (20 oz) tofu, drained and cubed
- 1 can (6 1/2 oz) water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 small Maui onion (sweet onion), chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
