- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place large sheet of foil on baking sheet.
- Coat foil with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared sheet.
- Sprinkle salmon with lemon pepper, garlic and salt.
- Rub seasonings into salmon flesh.
- Whisk together dill and mayonnaise in small bowl to blend.
- Spread surface of salmon with mayonnaise dill sauce.
- Cover completely.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over sauce covered salmon.
- Bake salmon, uncovered, until just opaque in center, and golden brown on surface.
- Bake about 20 minutes, dependent on size of filet.
- Finish salmon under broiler for extra browning, if desired.
- Garnish with lemon wedges.
