- In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients except the oil until everything is combined.
- Form the mixture into 12 medium-sized patties.
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Working in batches, cook patties until golden brown and crisp on the outside (about 2 minutes per side).
- Drain excess oil from patties on paper towels and serve.
