Turkey Chili
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons hot paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 pound leftover turkey, shredded
- One (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- One (12-ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon chili paste or hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Favorite shredded cheese
- Sour cream
- Fresh cilantro, stems removed
