- In a medium saucepan on medium-high heat, saute ground turkey.
- Add garlic, ginger, shoyu, brown sugar, green onions and bean sprouts.
- Cook 7 minutes or until garlic is soft.
- Stir in mint leaves.
- Transfer turkey mixture to a shallow dish.
- Remove core from head of lettuce; separate, wash and dry leaves.
- To serve, wrap a spoonful of filling in a lettuce leaf.
