- Rinse and drain turkey; pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients; rub evenly onto turkey and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Roast in oven at 325°F for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat thermometer registers 180°F deep in the thigh-juices should be clear and not reddish pink when thigh muscle is pierced deeply.
