- Sprinkle chicken with 1 teaspoon salt on each side, set aside.
- Combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary and pepper.
- Pour mixture over chicken making sure to evenly coat both sides.
- Cover chicken with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
- Cook on a well greased grill until done (10-15 minutes on each side).
- Serve with your favorite starch.
