- In a large pot, steam ulu until it's cooked through; when inserting a paring knife, it should come out smooth.
- When ulu is cool enough to handle, break apart by hand into bite-sized pieces; set aside.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Immediately after macaroni is cooked, drain, then dunk it into a pot of ice water to stop it from cooking; drain well.
- Combine all ingredients, adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve with Kajiki BLT.
