- 1 bunch watercress, washed and tough stems removed, cut into 1” lengths
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons shoyu
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper or red pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
