- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 can (12 oz) water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced Chinese parsley
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger root
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 pkg (7 1/2 oz size) seasoned stuffing mix
