Watercress and Luncheon Meat

Ingredients:

Watercress and Luncheon Meat

  • 1 can (12 oz) luncheon meat
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch watercress, cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) bean sprouts
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut luncheon meat into thin strips.
  2. In a skillet, lightly brown onion; add luncheon meat and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry for 1/2 minute.

Makes 4 servings.
