- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
- 3 (14.5-ounce) cans low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 - 6 cups water
- 2 teaspoons Hawaiian salt
- 1 (2-ounce) package long rice, cut in half
- 1 bunch watercress, washed and cut into 2” lengths
