Whipped Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:

Whipped Peanut Butter Pie

  • 1 1/2 cups chilled heavy cream
  • 1 cup smooth or creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered (confectioner's) sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 graham cracker or cookie crust of your choice
  • 3 ounces bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, grated OR Reese's Mini Peanut Butter cups (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another mixing bowl, whip peanut butter and vanilla.
  3. Add cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk, mix until well blended.
  4. Gently fold in whipped cream with a spatula; pour mixture into crust.
  5. Garnish with grated chocolate or mini peanut butter cups.
  6. Place pie in the freezer to set.
  7. Remove from freezer to thaw slightly before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
