- In a large saucepan, brown ground beef in vegetable.
- Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti mix, and sugar.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- In the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, layer uncooked lasagna noodles, ground beef mixture, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheeses, starting with noodles and ending with ground beef mixture and ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Pour tomato juice over lasagna until the juice reaches the top of pan; sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
- Cut into squares to serve.
