Won Bok Slaw
- 1/2 medium head won bok (celery cabbage), shredded
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 8 oz. teriyaki seasoned baked tofu
- 1/2 cup soy or vegetarian mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
