- 2 (4 to 6 oz size) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 slices (1/2 oz each) ham
- 2 slices (1/2 oz each) Swiss cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups dry breadcrumbs
- Salad oil for frying
