Queen Anne Sauce
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1/2 cup white wine

- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
- Serve over CHICKEN CORDON BLUE.
Makes about 2 cups.
