Tunari (Tuna Salad in Cone Sushi)

Ingredients:

Tunari (Tuna Salad in Cone Sushi)

  • 2 small prepared aburage (deep fried tofu) cones
  • 1/2 cup Sushi Rice
  • 2 tablespoons Tuna Salad
  • Chopped green onion

Directions:

  1. Fill each cone with 1/4 cup Sushi Rice.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon Tuna Salad on each rice cone.
  3. Garnish with green onion.

Makes 1 serving.
